Plain English summary: Use RaceTeamOS for your race team. Don't abuse it or try to break it. Your data is yours. We'll try our best to keep the service running. Be respectful.
By creating an account and using RaceTeamOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
RaceTeamOS is provided for managing grassroots motorsports teams. You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; upload malicious code or content; resell or redistribute access to the service without permission; scrape or automatically extract data from the platform.
You own your data. RaceTeamOS does not claim ownership of any content you create. You grant RaceTeamOS a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to keep RaceTeamOS available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss, though we work hard to prevent both.
RaceTeamOS is free during beta. When paid plans are introduced, billing terms will be communicated clearly in advance. You will always have the option to remain on a free plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
RaceTeamOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
